• 14= 13 promotions, by booking 14 or more days, you get one (1) day free of charge

• There is an option of extra bed for the fifth(5)person at extra charge and agreement with the owner

• Included in the price: air conditioning, tourist board, wi-fi, electric grill on the terrace, bed linen and towels, parking space, tourist expenses

• Accommodation is reserved after advance payment 25% of the total price of accommodation, and the rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival

• The advance payment is not refundable, and in case of early departure, reserve days are paid

• CHECK IN from 12.00 pm

• CHECK OUT until 9.00 a.m.

• Smoking allowed

• Pets are not allowed
